The Echo Central scheme involves the regeneration of a brownfield site and has been designed to form an impressive gateway to Leeds
city centre.

The scheme comprises three buildings, the first two of which (Echo Central One and Echo Central Two) are currently on site. Echo Central One covers 10,564m2 of residential space with 3,366m2 of car parking in the three-storey basement. It comprises the construction of a new-build 12-storey development of 163 apartments, including duplex, two-bed, one-bed and studios.
